Characteristics
The Nano-Felgen-Protector gives the rim-surface a long
lasting, dirt resistant effect.
Braking dust, oils, grease, water and dirt can't combine with the surface of the rim. Water and dirt drip off easily.
Even
stubborn braking dust can't burn into the rim but can be removed
easily. Thus you'll receive a long lasting protection to preserve your
high qualified and expensive light metal rims.

The Nano-Felgen-Protector
is a smooth but high effective protection-sealing. The nanotechnical
components ensure an enormous hardness and thus a durability for
several months. Braking dust can't burn into the rim.
The Nano-Felgen-Protector set is an optimal adjusted care and sealing system which consists of a
cleaner and of a nanotechnical sealing lacquer.
Through the cleaning with the pre-cleaner and the
following rubbing with the Nano-Felgen-Protector there'll be put an
ultra thin, invisible sealing coating on the surface. The rim is
protected up to one year against stubborn dirt and the cleaning will be
considerably facilitated.
The Nano-Felgen-Protector is in a
soft kind high effective and ensures a completely clean rim. The
Nano-Felgen-Protector ( sealing lacquer ) consists of nanotechnical
components which are combining fix with the surface. Through mineral
components this sealing has a high hardness and resistance.
All
the ingredients of the Nano-Felgen-Protector arrange independently
during the apply: The binding components wander to the rim-surface, the
anti-sticking components are orientating to the air. At this kind of
"self-organisation" there builds the ultra thin, invisible and the
surface neutral
coating.
Braking dust, oil, greases, water and dirt can't combine

1. Cleaning of the rims
The
better the pre-cleaning, the better is the effect of the sealing. The
rim has to be clean, dry and completely free of grease, tenside and
wax. Spray on with the Nano-Rim-Cleaner (50ml) on the surface which has
to be sealed and clean it with the drying tissue. The cleaned surface
has to be dried completely and don't touch with your fingers anymore!
2. Application of the Nano-Felgen-Protector
Spray
on the rim with the Nano-Felgen-Protector and rub with the drying
tissue = coating. Alternatively the Nano-Felgen-Protector can be
sprayed on the enclosed drying tissue and rubed up on the rim. It's
immediately effective after the application, don't rub afterward- no
scrapes. If there should occur some scapres after the car wash or the
use of tensid cleaners: The sealing will not be affected, just clean
with an alcoholic tissue.
The treated surface
shows a strong oil-and water resistant effect ( Hydro-and Oleophoby).
This effect increases within a few hours after the drying owing to the
increasing chemical connecting up.
Care
For cleaning the rims clear water is sufficient and light mechanical rubing.
For supporting you can also use household and rim cleaners up to commercial quality.
The Nano-Felgen-Protector protects your rim for many months. We recommand to repeat the treatment every 6-8 months to be on the safe side.
Ideal
manufacturing conditions are existing at a environment temperature from
15-25 degrees. The manufacturing shouldn't been done below 5 degrees.
Don't apply the Nano-Felgen-Protector under direct sun exposure.
The Nano-Felgen-Protector shouldn't be used in closed rooms.
We recommand to wear gloves when manufacturing.
