Nano-Glas-Protector

The coating material is based upon the chemical nanotechnology. It causes a very good repellent reaction of water and facilitates the removal of dirt and chalk for approx. 90%. That means not many cleaning intervals and an essential lower consumption in detergents.

Water, oil, dirt and chalk resistant coating based upon the chemical nano technology. The Nano-Glas-Protector protects substrate materials of glass and ceramics against dirt, is resistant against water and oil and chalk can't set down so easily. It protects pore deep against the absorption of dirt even if the water isn't repellent from the surface. The effect can be repaired when working on the surface again. ( recommended 1 time yearly ).

The pore surface of the objects will be sealed antistatic and water resistant thus far better few soilings can stick on the objects. The result is a 90% saving in detergents and expenditure. The sealing is already used by well-known manufactures.

Characteristics

No oil, no lacquer no visible changements at the treated material. Nano components are sealing the surface with a vitreous coating.

Effect



Surfaces treated with the Nano-Glas-Protector are reacting "hydrophobic" and "oleophobic" that means they're repellingwatery and oleaginous components.

Slows down the dirt of all glass- and ceramic surfaces ( p.ex. car windows, wash basins, shower cubicles panels, windows a.s.o. ). According to the sealing the surfaces can be kept clean with 90% few cleaning power and detergents. The product modifies the treated surface only to the desired degree. The surface refuses not only water but also oil and will be statically neutralized.

  • windows, mirrors, shower cubicles, glass fronts, canopy, greenhouses, solar panel, car glass windows and glass panels
  • ceramic products like wash basins, ceramic floor spaces,bath rooms and bath tubes.

Application

1. Cleaning the surface

The surface has to be clean and free of grease before the application of the Nano-Glas-Protector.

  • Clean the surface with clear water and a sponge.
  • Dry the surface with a cellulose tissue.
  • Take off the Nano-Glas-Reiniger (glass cleaner) of the packing and unfold the tissue.
  • Rub the surface with the Nano-Glas-Protector and polish dry the surface.

Please take care that you don't touch the surface after the cleaning.

2. Application Nano-Glas-Protector

Take off the Nano-Glas-Protector of the packing and unfold the tissue.

Polish the Nano-Glas-Protector constantly with circulating movements from the middle of the base to the edge. Apply various times on the surface until the tissue is noticeable dry.

Attention: the Nano-Glas-Protector is completely usable after 60 minutes.

Information

Ideal manufacturing conditions are existing at an environment temperature from 15 - 25 degrees. The manufacturing shouldn't been done below 5 degrees.

Don't apply the Nano-Glas-Protector under direct sun exposure.

The Nano-Glas-Protector shouldn't be used in closed rooms. We recommand to wear gloves when manufacturing.
