Nano-Holz-Protector

Anti-dirt sealing for sucking, wooden grounds.

Watery, inorganic-organic coating material upon the basis of the chemical nanotechnology. Self organising antisticking-components confer your surface an invisible coating with hydrophobic and olephobic characteristics.

The Nano-Holz-Protector is many-sided usable for open pored, sucking grounds. Dirt-and water resistant long-term coating for all porous materials.Very effective against moss-and seaweed growth.

Characteristics

No oil, no lacquer, no visible changements at the treated material
The nanoparticles cover the fibres and protect the wood or textile:

• breathing active
• pore deep protection against new water absorption
• water and oil peel off and can't reach the material
• preventing protection against moss attacks
• resistant against seawater and salty air, resistant against acid rain
• UV light-solid
• silicon,-wax-and oil free
• keeps its effect without abrasion for more than 3 years
• high production through very low coating thickness - one liter is sufficient for up to 20 sqm

Effect

• Impregnation is possible on all untreated wood surfaces
• Protects your valuable garden furniture, summer houses, fences, window frames, terraces a.s.o. and delays the turning grey and the roting of the valuable objects
• Preventing protection against moss attacks and soiling on roofing tiles, terraces stones, paving stones a.s.o.
• Also usable on concrete, concrete stones, natural stones, bricks, roughcast floor spaces, fugued tile coverings, fibre cement.

Application

Dead easy application trough painting, rolling or spraying. Because there isn't arising any optical modification on the treated material the junction area ( p. ex. rubbersealings ) hasn't to be covered. The surface has to be clean and dry before application. That means no grease, or surfactants ( soap residues ). Before using shake well. Not back pouring into store vessels. Clean application utensils and vessels with water. It drys at 15-20 degrees after approx. 1-2 hours and gets the hydro-and oleophob dripp of effect already after 4 hours.

Preparation of the ground

• disposal of structural damage
• disposal of loose dirt, seaweed and moss ( p.ex. with Kärcher-watersteambeam machine)

Application of the coating

• brush
• roll
• spray airless

drying time approx. 6 hours ( 20 degrees ), completely grown hard after 7 days

Information

Ideal manufacturing conditions are lying at an environment temperature from 10 up to 25 degrees. The storage temperatures below 5 degrees and above 40 degrees have to be avoided.

Don't apply the Nano-Wood-/Stone Protector under direct sun exposure.

The Nano-Wood-/Stone-Protector shouldn't been used in closed rooms.

We recommend wear gloves when manufacturing.
